We do things differently...

In order to change our ways we first need to understand what’s happening in our brain and mind. Its great to know the science behind our own thinking and doing but its even better to see it. With ECHO you will get both. We first teach you in hands-on workshops all you need to know about the neuroscience of stress, meditation, breathing and mindfulness before we use state of the art neurofeedbacking devices (portable EEG machines) which give instant feedback of what’s happening inside the brain during different states.This not only allows us to see the tremendous changes we can induce to ourselves almost instantaneously but also how effective the most simple breathing and meditation techniques are.

 

We learn new things best away from day to day life and stressful office settings and this is the reason why we take you to rather remote places in the mountains. We are staying on mountain huts with seminar rooms with a view. Being surrounded by nature and the color green has relaxing effects on the body, which is a great place to start. 

 

By moving through nature consciously we clear the mind and become aware of our thoughts. This way we learn to understand the nature of our own minds better, which will allow us to make changes in the ways we think, act, and do things. Hiking is not only good for the body but also for the mind.
